We are a collaborative of more than 200 high-capacity nonprofits from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland, and the United States that collectively operate one million affordable homes and house more than 2.5 million people. Together, members of IHP use private sector strategies to achieve ambitious social missions, resulting in high-quality, affordable homes and thriving communities. Anchored in peer exchange among entrepreneurial leaders, members share innovations and seek common solutions to improve, adapt, and expand their businesses to better serve their communities.
